Pilates Classes in Brighton
Classes begin with a free introductory meeting with Zahava to discuss your requirements, set up a programme and lessons.
The lesson will start with a floor warm up of deep stretching, improving your level of flexibility, then progressing to the reformer and other pieces of equipment for the rest of the hour and a quarter lesson. Alternatively floorwork lessons can be taught in your home, please contact Zahava for more information.

- large fitness balls
- small weighted balls
- rubber bands
- arc support for the back
